Available in several sizes, this version of the Enchanted Tree Stump Condo is available with chanterelle mushrooms. Pick and choose the options you want for a uniquely beautiful & functional cat tree that your kitties will love. The size of the base will vary depending on the stump size chosen. For 16" & 18" diameter stumps, the base is approx. 32" x 36". For 20" diam. the base is approx. 34" x 38", and for 24" diam. the base is 36" x 40". If you would like a smaller or larger base, please specify dimensions in "special requests". 40 lb. weight based on smallest size available. Much larger sizes can weigh as much as 170 lbs. Some assembly required.
